About Salim

I didn't start in property. I started in restaurants.

For years I ran a family restaurant business. Long hours, tight margins, no real freedom. I knew there had to be a better way – and property kept coming up.

So I made the decision to learn it properly. That was nearly 20 years ago.

Since then I’ve worked through almost every strategy – HMOs, BRR, serviced accommodation, rent to rent, deal sourcing, commercial conversions and more. I’ve had wins. I’ve had real failures. The failures taught me more than the wins ever did.

In the last 18 months alone I’ve raised over £1.4M in private finance. Not by having a fancy background or connections. By finding the right deals, structuring them correctly, and presenting them to investors with confidence.

I’m still an active investor. Still doing deals right now.

My job isn’t to give you theory. It’s to show you exactly what I do — and make sure you can do it too.
